Warm Ashwagandha BedTime Tea
This herbal tea will help you calm down and destress before bed. This creamy frothy drink cozied up with a nice book in the middle of winter will warm you from the inside out.
Servings: 1
1 blender optional
1 medium sized sauce pan
- 3/4 cup Almond Milk (Malk)
- 2 tbs Coconut Milk
- 1 tbs Maple Syrup
- 2 tsp Hazelnut Creme
- 1 tsp Ashwagandha Powder
- Tiny Drop Vanilla Extract
- Small Pinch Cinnamon
Measure out all the ingredients except for the hazelnut creme and put them in a small blender. Blend them for 15 to 30 seconds.
Pour mixture into medium sized sauce pan and add hazelnut creme. Set heat to low to medium. Be careful not to boil the mixture.
Stir with a whisk, incorporating the hazelnut creme into the mixture.
When the mixture is warmed through, but not boiling, it's ready to serve. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy.
