Warm Ashwagandha BedTime Tea

This herbal tea will help you calm down and destress before bed. This creamy frothy drink cozied up with a nice book in the middle of winter will warm you from the inside out.

Equipment

  • 1 blender optional
  • 1 medium sized sauce pan

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Almond Milk (Malk)
  • 2 tbs Coconut Milk
  • 1 tbs Maple Syrup
  • 2 tsp Hazelnut Creme
  • 1 tsp Ashwagandha Powder
  • Tiny Drop Vanilla Extract
  • Small Pinch Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Measure out all the ingredients except for the hazelnut creme and put them in a small blender. Blend them for 15 to 30 seconds.
  • Pour mixture into medium sized sauce pan and add hazelnut creme. Set heat to low to medium. Be careful not to boil the mixture.
  • Stir with a whisk, incorporating the hazelnut creme into the mixture.
  • When the mixture is warmed through, but not boiling, it's ready to serve. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy.
